With proven support for employees at greater risk for burnout, women and people of color, in organizations like HubSpot, AstraZeneca and the Barr Foundation.
Their approach to workforce development includes not only employee wellness education and support, but an intersectional approach to inclusive culture building with managers and leaders. They’ve also authored the longest running study on work/life, health and benefits needs for parents through the pandemic, now with over 3,500 respondents, since March of 2020.
