Yes, 90% of annual membership dues are tax deductible as a necessary and ordinary business expense, the other 10% of membership dues is allocated towards lobbying efforts.
The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce is an independent organization. The Chamber is a member of the Federation Partnership Program as run by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Qualifying members of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce may opt-in to the U.S. Chamber’s Small Business Membership through this partnership.
