In Partnership with ACCE
A local and national training initiative for leadership and economic development.
Senior Director, Learning & Development
The training modules are designed for managers, emerging leaders, and professionals of all levels and types. Local employers are encouraged to utilize the training for full teams, onboarding processes, or any other situation where an asynchronous learning option is preferred.
Both. The initiative is national and has been designed by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) and its partner, Pravi. It is being offered to employers and individuals in different markets by local chambers. Content is delivered online via ACCE’s learning platform.
Programs focus on effectiveness, team performance, service excellence and organizational capability—practical skills businesses consistently say they need.
The initiative is powered by Pravi , a strategy and learning firm that helps organizations grow in the age of AI by strengthening leadership, judgment and partnerships. Guided by its Humans Still Matter™ philosophy, Pravi helps leaders navigate the intersection of technology and human judgment. The Essential Communications course has been created in collaboration with Cornell University Nolan Hotel School of Hotel Administration Professor Bruce Tracey, one of the world’s authorities on human capital and performance.
Developing stronger leaders and more capable organizations directly supports economic growth, business success, and community vitality. The Talent Academy is as much an economic development initiative as it is a leadership program. By strengthening leadership, management capability, and organizational effectiveness at the local level, the Talent Academy helps businesses grow, retain talent, and adapt to change—key drivers of long-term regional economic resilience.
