What is the state of DEI heading into 2025? Fluency in current diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and trends is critical for business success in our increasingly complex and networked world. In this five-part leadership development series offered in partnership with Diversity@Workplace Consulting Group, participants at all levels will gain actionable tools, tactics, and techniques to navigate the current state of DEI in the workplace. The live sessions and interactive workshops build in complexity, starting with a foundational understanding of how unconscious bias and microaggressions impact the workplace and current barriers and challenges that inhibit DEI from happening organically. Participants will also learn how to facilitate conversations about DEI and build long-term DEI strategies at their workplaces. Unlike other DEI courses, participants will learn from DEI consultants who are "doing the work" daily and learn real-time problem-solving from experts and their peers.
