Small Business Strong (SBS) began in March of 2020 as a shared response to help Massachusetts small businesses navigate the economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Chamber worked in collaboration between several organizations that call Massachusetts their home, enabling the launch and inception of SBS. Now, Small Business Strong has provided over 3,000 small businesses with free advice, business guidance, and a range of professional services.
