Greater Boston Chamber Announces Results of “AI Adoption in the Workplace” Survey
The Pulse Survey Reveals that Most Businesses
Utilize AI to Optimize Productivity & Cite Increased Efficiency

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce announced the results of the second Pulse of Greater Boston Business Survey, which explores the important topic of “AI Adoption in the Workplace.” With 128 respondents surveyed throughout Massachusetts in March and April 2025, businesses and the workforce are navigating the AI revolution by quickly adapting to new best practices with AI technology that influence and impact business operations, outcomes, and strategies.
“In our second Pulse survey, the Chamber asked businesses across all industries about their current practices and future plans to integrate AI throughout their company. Chamber members are leading innovative practices with AI, and the results of the Pulse Survey note that Boston’s business community continues to seize strategic opportunities that AI presents while mitigating any potential risk,” said James E. Rooney, President & CEO of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
