Boston Premier is a live wedding and corporate event band based in Boston, known for creating high-energy celebrations at historic Boston hotels, Back Bay venues, waterfront estates along Boston Harbor, and private estates throughout New England.. For more than three decades, we’ve focused on building unforgettable dance floors for couples who want their reception to feel vibrant, elegant, and genuinely fun.
Our musicians are seasoned professionals who understand how to read a room and shape the energy of the evening as it unfolds. From the first dance to the final encore, the goal is always the same: create a celebration that feels effortless while keeping guests engaged from beginning to end.

One of the most defining chapters in our journey came during the pandemic, when the live events industry came to a sudden and complete stop. Overnight, weddings, corporate events, and galas were cancelled across the region. Like many businesses in the events world, we faced an incredibly uncertain future.
During that time, we made the difficult decision to return deposits to couples whose celebrations could no longer take place. It was the right thing to do, even though it meant giving back revenue we had counted on. At the same time, we chose to keep investing in the future of the band. We continued advertising and promoting Boston Premier even while the industry was largely shut down, taking on debt in the process so that we could maintain some visibility and hopefully keep a small list of future events on the calendar once restrictions were lifted.
It was not an easy road. But those decisions allowed us to rebuild when celebrations finally returned.
Today, Boston Premier is performing again at many of New England’s most celebrated venues and working alongside talented planners and event professionals who help create extraordinary events. Seeing full dance floors again and watching guests come together to celebrate is something we appreciate now more than ever.
There’s a moment that happens at nearly every event when the dance floor suddenly fills and stays that way for the rest of the night. When guests of all ages are completely immersed in the celebration, it reminds us why we worked so hard to bring the band back.
Boston Premier is proud to be part of the Greater Boston business and events community. With an office on Newbury Street in Boston, we’re fortunate to be at the center of one of the region’s most vibrant hospitality and business districts.
Over the years we’ve built lasting relationships with local venues, wedding planners, photographers, and hospitality professionals who work together to create exceptional experiences for couples and their families.
We’re also active in organizations such as the Better Business Bureau and the Boston Chamber of Commerce, where we value the opportunity to connect with fellow business leaders and contribute to the strength of the local economy.
Beyond weddings, our musicians regularly collaborate with corporate event managers and nonprofit organizations to provide live entertainment for charity galas, fundraising events, and signature corporate celebrations throughout the Boston area. These events often bring together business leaders, philanthropists, and community members in support of meaningful causes.

Each member of the band is a highly accomplished musician with years of professional stage experience. But talent alone isn’t enough. We hold ourselves to an extremely high standard, constantly refining our sound, tightening arrangements, and preparing so that every performance feels polished, energetic, and effortless.
We approach every event with the mindset that it should exceed expectations. That means paying attention to the small details that elevate a celebration. The transitions between songs, the pacing of the evening, the ability to read the room and adjust in real time. All of it matters.
Our goal is not simply to play great music. It’s to create an atmosphere where the energy in the room builds naturally and guests feel completely part of the celebration. When the dance floor is full and the crowd doesn’t want the night to end, that’s when we know we’ve delivered the kind of experience we strive for.
