Breaking barriers is never easy, especially for women in male-dominated fields.

Thank you for joining us. Hope you had a chance to hear from a panel of CEOs, innovators, and advocates who are paving the path to a more inclusive, safe, and diverse construction and real estate workforce. These women are not only building Greater Boston, but also empowering the next generation of female leaders. And, these monumental women are building during a historic moment: Boston recently became the first city in the country to request that private developers disclose their commitments to diversity and inclusion in an effort to uplift more women and people of color in wealth-building development opportunities.

ABOUT THE WOMEN’S NETWORK

In our Women’s Network, you’ll find a diverse group of more than 3,000 (and growing) women and male allies at all levels of their careers, from all backgrounds, sectors, and industries, and professions, with energy for ensuring that Greater Boston becomes the best place for professional women to thrive.

For more than 25 years, the Chamber’s Women’s Network has connected female professionals of all background and career levels. Today, our Women’s Network is the largest in New England, strengthening the professional networks of women each year.
