Let’s ditch Imposter Syndrome together! Join us as we hear from our panel on their unique experiences with Imposter Syndrome, what are the causes, how it can impact our careers and tips to overcome and not let this phenomenon impact your business culture.

Do I belong in this role? Am I fraud?

Nearly everyone experiences imposter syndrome at some point in their lives – that feeling of self-doubt that you do not belong in your position, or maybe that your achievements are undeserved. This can be an incredibly isolating and overwhelming sensation and at times even get in the way of a person’s overall mental wellness. Women disproportionately experience it, and it can often hold us back from seeking opportunities and advancement.

Let’s ditch Imposter Syndrome together! Join us for this expert panel where they will share unique experiences, discuss what causes imposter syndrome and its impact on our careers and organizations, as well as share solutions for overcoming and not letting this psychological phenomenon impact your success

This event is part of our Women’s Network series. Our Women’s Network isn’t a club you join, but a place where you belong – you’ll find a diverse group of more than 3,000 (and growing) women and male allies at all levels of their careers, from all backgrounds, sectors, industries, and professions, with energy for ensuring that Greater Boston becomes the best place for professional women to thrive. All identities welcomed and encouraged to attend.
