Engage in Untapped Talent

Join members of the Massachusetts Apprentice Network for an engaging virtual panel discussion that will provide insights into how employers can enhance their apprenticeship programs to better serve talent from all communities and backgrounds. All three panelists have extensive experience working with diverse students and job seekers, understanding the assets they have and the challenges they face, and preparing them for success with the employers that hire them. Employers will leave the session with action steps they can take to set their apprentices up for success, fully embrace their talents, and retain them for the long term.

About Apprentice Network

In 2022, the Massachusetts Apprentice Network launched with 6 founding employers. Since then, it has grown substantially, with a current roster of over 16 participating employers. With talent and training providers, intermediary organizations, and other supporting entities, the Network is actively broadening the adoption of apprenticeships. Recognizing that there is not a one-size-fits-all solution, the Network is committed to assisting organizations to develop custom solutions that best meet their apprenticeship needs.
