This past year has made ‘working remotely’ the new normal and thanks to platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack, we have been able to stay in touch with our colleagues. Though we have these platforms, it can still be difficult to create the personal connections we used to have by in office experiences. Specifically, the virtual world has changed the way we interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
With guidance from local experts, join us on Tuesday, February 23 to examine overall recommendations for how organizations can enhance their remote hiring process, how they can retain employees in a virtual world, and how jobs can and have been done differently.
