Future of Work: A Conversation with Regional Leaders

It has been a year since the state of Massachusetts put out their Future of Work report. The Greater Boston region continues to work together to maintain a competitive landscape with high talent retention rates. With a workforce that will likely be hybrid indefinitely, it is up to us to create and develop places where individuals want to live, work, and play.

This Chamber event convened of regional executive leaders from across different sectors who assessed where we are and where the Commonwealth is headed. Our panelists shared observed trends, proven best practices, and thoughtful insights on how our region can continue to step up and foster growth.

ABOUT FUTURE OF WORK

Offering expert, timely perspectives, the Future of Work series presents the future now: how business and government can and should recognize and act on the innovation, agility, and empathy required to support our vibrant, diverse workforce and communities, bolstering the region’s competitive edge in the global marketplace.
