Nominees should demonstrate innovation, business growth, economic impact, and a commitment to supporting entrepreneurs and emerging businesses.
Recognizes a woman whose leadership has driven meaningful success within a for-profit organization. Nominees should demonstrate strategic vision, organizational impact, team leadership, and a commitment to developing others while advancing business performance.
Recognizes a woman whose leadership in public service has created meaningful impact for residents, communities, or the region. Nominees should demonstrate effective leadership, innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for others. Nominee does not need to be employed by a Greater Boston Chamber member organization.
(Organization dedicated to serving community, civic, cultural, educational, environmental, or human service needs) Recognizes a woman whose leadership has advanced the mission and impact of a nonprofit organization. Nominees should demonstrate organizational excellence, community impact, innovation, and a commitment to addressing critical challenges and serving the public good.
(formerly Achievement in the Professions) Recognizes a woman who has distinguished herself through excellence and leadership within a specialized profession, such as law, accounting, consulting, engineering, architecture, science, or other professional services. Nominees should demonstrate outstanding expertise, influence, innovation, and contributions to their profession.
Recognizes a woman whose leadership, innovation, and contributions have advanced health care, biotechnology, life sciences, medical research, public health, or patient care. Nominees may work in clinical care, healthcare administration, research, public health, biotechnology, or related sectors and should demonstrate meaningful contributions to improving health outcomes, patient experience, or access to care.
Recognizes a woman whose leadership has advanced education, learning, creativity, or cultural enrichment. Nominees should demonstrate significant contributions to an educational, academic, cultural, or arts organization and a commitment to expanding opportunities for others.
Recognizes a woman whose distinguished career has left a lasting impact on her organization, profession, industry, and community. Nominees should demonstrate a sustained record of leadership, achievement, service, mentorship, and civic engagement over at least 25 years of professional experience.

The annual Pinnacle Awards in-person ceremony at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport on January 30th, 2026.

The Omni Seaport is within walking distance of the MBTA’s South Station or Silver Line (Congress St @ World Trade Center Station). Valet and self parking is available. We do not offer parking validation.
Registration & networking begins at 11:00 a.m. If you arrive earlier than 11:00 a.m., kudos to you for beating the traffic! The program will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.
Please register in advance, tickets for the in-person luncheon are limited and will sell out. On-site registration will not be accepted.
All ticket cancellations and refund requests must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the event to avoid being charged or to receive a refund. There are no cancellations permitted for any sponsorships. There are no exceptions. In the case the Chamber cannot execute the in-person Awards Luncheon due to unforeseen circumstances and therefore must change to a virtual format, pricing will adjust and we will contact you on adjustments to your billing.
