BOSTON, MA – The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Network and Women’s Leadership Program (WLP) are excited to announce a new partnership with Tomorrow’s Women TODAY (TWToday), elevating a shared vision between organizations to champion women across industries as they navigate their workplaces, professional development, and opportunities. A signature program of the Chamber’s innovative Learning and Development portfolio, WLP delivers impactful leadership development for women at all career levels and TWToday is a renowned professional development program.
To ensure that women continue to advance their careers, the Chamber’s Women’s Network, WLP, and TWToday’s Pay It Forward Pipeline Program will create new mentorship opportunities. This reflects the vital role of mentorship in uplifting women’s growth and success. Importantly, 78% of WLP graduates feel prepared for the next phase of their career because of WLP. The new collaboration between WLP and TWToday will increase impact even more through broadened networks and strategic mentoring between participants.
