Each year, from September 15 through October 15, communities across the country celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. During this time, we honor the history, traditions, accomplishments, and meaningful contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans who have helped shape and strengthen communities nationwide. In Greater Boston, Hispanic and Latino entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners are helping drive innovation, create jobs, strengthen neighborhoods, and shape the region’s economic future.
The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce recognizes the important role these businesses play in strengthening Greater Boston’s business community and supporting the region’s continued growth.
This year, we’re excited to spotlight three of our Latina-owned members, all led by inspiring Latina leaders who are driving impact across Greater Boston:
As one of the largest chapters of the Association of Latino Professionals for America, ALPFA Boston empowers Latino professionals and students through leadership development, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities. Led by Lynelia Raposo, a longtime ALPFA member and 2026 Chapter President, the organization helps create pathways to leadership while building a strong network of Latino talent across Massachusetts.
ASG is a Latina-owned marketing, communications, and public affairs firm founded by Josiane Martinez, a leader with cross-cultural communications. Since founding ASG, Martinez has grown the company to serve dozens of clients while building a team of more than 120 employees, demonstrating the impact of Latina leadership in business, communications, and community engagement.
IntiNova Consulting is a Latina-owned consulting firm founded by Gladys Muñoz, MBA, MPH, to help growth while creating positive community impact. Guided by her commitment to addressing health and economic inequities, Muñoz has built IntiNova around practical, mission-driven strategies that help clients grow with purpose and lasting success.
