Since 2007, the Havens & Company team has helped employers develop innovative, cost-effective employee benefit programs. Unlike many large national firms, we focus exclusively on the non-medical employee benefit marketplace. We are proud to be a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (by WBENC), which allows our clients to fulfill their supplier diversity goals.
Our team members have extensive expertise in life, AD&D, disability, dental, vision, and voluntary benefit products. Our proficiency in technical products complements our negotiation skills, which are known and trusted. As experts in non-medical employee benefits with more than 30 years of experience, we keep you ahead of the curve. We continually bring possible issues to the forefront, suggest best practices, and inform you of upcoming changes. With Havens & Company, the team you meet initially is always the team you will work with throughout the relationship. We provide a personal, hands-on experience for our clients, which can differ significantly from your experience working with larger consulting houses.
Our favorite part of being a Chamber member is the sense of community we feel whenever we attend an event (in-person or virtual). Since 2015, our COO, Diane Green, has served on the Chamber’s Women’s Network Advisory Board, allowing us to foster even closer relationships with other members and the Chamber Team. The team is always just an email or phone call away, and we consider many of them friends!
