BOSTON — January 14, 2026 — Suffolk, one of the most innovative builders in the country and largest contractor in the Northeast, today announced its sponsorship of the 2026 Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Forum event series. The partnership underscores Suffolk’s longstanding commitment to civic leadership, economic vitality, and a strong regional business- and public-sector ecosystem. Building on the Chamber’s strong legacy of convening federal, state and local leaders alongside the region’s civic and business communities, the Government Affairs Forum serves as the premiere platform for dialogue focused on the policy issues shaping Greater Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The Chamber’s Government Affairs Forums provide a platform for professionals to gain valuable insight from prominent government officials, build a strong network in the business and government communities, and engage in important policy issues impacting their region. This past year, the Government Affairs Forums frequently sold out, welcoming more than 2,100 attendees and featuring eight prominent and influential speakers, including Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, Speaker of the House Ronald J. Mariano, Senate President Karen Spilka, and Attorney General Andrea Campbell.
The first Government Affairs Forum of 2026 will take place on February 24 and feature Governor Healey. The event is expected to convene more than 600 attendees from Greater Boston’s business, government and nonprofit communities. Future forum events will feature Mayor Wu and Suffolk Northeast General Manager Patrick Lucey, among other leaders making their mark in Boston and throughout the Commonwealth.
