Congratulations to incoming Boston Public Schools Superintendent Mary Skipper. The business community is ready to partner with Superintendent Skipper to successfully teach, train, and guide 49,000 BPS students toward fulfilling careers. Employers are fundamental to shaping the learning experiences of every student with apprenticeships, credentialing, vocational training, and every opportunity to build the necessary and precise skills.
This moment is filled with tremendous opportunity to provide transformative solutions. Together, we can deliver results that will create, deepen, and reinforce career pathways for students of different socioeconomic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds. BPS students – and their success – are one of the pillars of our region’s success and competitiveness, and we are prepared to support the students, teachers, staff, and Superintendent Skipper in this next chapter.
