Our mission is to provide therapy that’s recognized for being top-notch quality with an innovative format–time-limited therapy plans that don’t take forever! We’ve especially enjoyed building our reputation in places like Boston and Cambridge and Worcester where a few clients’ good experiences has led to more and more word-of-mouth and the trust of physicians who refer to us.
Therapy Lab is highly collaborative with Boston’s local therapists and psychologists, pediatricians, primary care clinics, and schools. We enjoy being part of the Chamber of Commerce and would love to partner with other health providers in the area, as well as employers looking for a service for their teams. We also actively recruit in the area and have appreciated wonderful virtual teammates living in Boston.
In mental health, there is an extreme provider shortage and rising rates of chronic stress, anxiety, and depression, often left untreated. Therapy Lab offers a new model that’s personalized and evidence-based, with a clear budget and timeline. In addition to therapy, we offer affordable, no-wait assessments for ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and Dementia. We hope to bring clarity, affordability, and accessibility for people looking for therapy and other mental health support.
