Can you share a memorable success story or milestone related to your business?
One of our most memorable success stories comes from partnering with Restoration Clinics during a pivotal transition period. They were facing the retirement of their long-time HR lead, Warren, and the challenge for our team was to maintain continuity and the personal touch that had fueled their growth from a small team to over 120 employees across multiple states. We brought them a Fractional HR solution tailored to their business and situation that would ensure a smooth transition and handoff of Warren’s responsibilities without interrupting Restoration Clinic’s operations. After the handoff took place we received great feedback from the Restoration Clinics team, highlighting the effectiveness of our partnership. The continued expansion of Restoration Clinics shows the impact that our committed service and client-focused approach can have.
How is your business involved in the local community?
We’re committed to giving back to our community, and we proudly offer our Anonymous Incident Reporting system (AIR) at no cost to schools and nonprofits across the United States. This platform is designed to empower organizations to create safer environments by facilitating anonymous reporting of incidents. By providing AIR for free, we aim to support these vital institutions in fostering a secure and supportive atmosphere for all.
