After joining the firm in April 2018 from Bank of America as president, Fredrickson hit the ground running, rallying talent and leading the agency on winning streak. Kelly and her team have secured deals with a number of national and international clients including Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU), which is considered to be the largest credit union in the world, along with Humana, Suffolk, Sennheiser, Hawaiian Airlines, Grey Goose, which join the agency’s roster brands Royal Caribbean, E*Trade, Burger King, JetBlue and Century 21.
Whether investing in diversity & inclusion efforts so her employees feel empowered, serving as a board member of the 3 Percent Movement, or as creator of an online platform dedicated to professional and personal development, Fredrickson is in a league of her own.
