Over the past two years, millions of women have reconsidered what is most meaningful to them and what they really want out of their careers. Some are choosing to pivot and take on a whole new path while others are ready to move to the next level within their current industry or organization.

Thank you for joining us for this panel conversation where we heard from experts on how to evaluate what is next for you! They examined ways to challenge yourself to tackle opportunities for growth and achieve that next goal. They discussed tactical tips on what recruiters are looking for, interviewing, how to advocate for yourself within your current organization, setting yourself up for success, and much more!
