Urgently prioritizing a wholistic approach to wellness – social, physical, financial, and emotional – has never been more vital to the health and future of our businesses and people as it is now.

Daniel J. Delaney is the founder and principal of the Delaney Policy Group (DPG). Harvard-trained with more than 20 years of state legislative, regulatory, and advocacy experience; Daniel brings a rare combination of elite policy expertise, hands-on experience, and a facility for effective communication to his work.
As head of the Delaney Policy Group, Daniel, along with partners from Beacon Strategies Group, became the first registered lobbyists to enter the Massachusetts regulated cannabis industry as government relations professionals. In the subsequent decade, he has led or influenced some of the most critical decisions made in that arena.
Prior to launching his own firm, Daniel served for 5 years at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health in the roles of Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Intergovernmental Relations and Legislative where he oversaw legislative affairs and strategic policy development. Key efforts during that period include preservation of state resources for core public health functions, supporting the continuing implementation of Massachusetts health care reform initiatives, and working to manage new regulatory responsibilities around prescription monitoring and pharmaceutical company codes of conduct.
He also held key positions on the Joint Committee on Public Health as research director and chief of staff, as well as director of multicultural health policy at Health Care for All.

Lindsey holds a B.A. in Theatre and Japanese from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. concentrated in Human and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University. Her professional experience includes roles in Event Management and Corporate Sponsorship at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc., in New York City and roles in Global Benefits, Talent Acquisition Strategy, and as a Regional HR Business Partner at Citi in New York City, Singapore, and London, respectively. Lindsey joined Wayfair and relocated to Boston in 2021 to manage the wellbeing offerings for the company’s more than 16,000 employees worldwide. Archana is a Director of Client Strategy & Solutions at OneDigital and has diverse experience in all facets of employee benefits, healthcare, and corporate wellbeing with her primary focus being strategic consulting to drive workplace success. She provides consulting to OneDigital employer clients across all market sizes. Archana also sits on OneDigital’s New England IDEAS (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Awareness Squad) Committee, the National Engagement & Wellbeing Practice, and leads the Massachusetts Culture & Wellbeing Committee.
With her high energy and passion to create a healthier society, she’s led efforts in delivering innovative products and tools to the marketplace that empower people to take charge of their health and wellbeing. Archana specializes in employee engagement and human performance, focusing on worksite wellbeing, condition management, behavioral health, and leadership. As a thought leader, she explores opportunities to strengthen the integration of health benefit programs in the disciplines of Health and Productivity to provide cutting-edge solutions for businesses of all sizes. She has authored many articles, newsletters, and whitepapers on this topic.
Archana also serves on the Board of Directors for the Worksite Wellness Council of MA. As the Chair of the Awards & Recognition Committee, she founded their WorkWell MA Employer Award Program, which she continues to manage. In addition, she is a Certified Wellness Program Coordinator through the Chapman Institute and is a member of WELCOA (the Wellness Council of America).
Before joining OneDigital, Archana was at CVS/Aetna where she was the Director of Health & Wellness Product and Strategy at Aetna for seven years. She has also had over a decade of successive roles in employee benefit consulting at Aon, Spring Consulting, and The Segal Company.

Donna Bonaparte is the Vice President of Human Resources/Chief Human Resources Officer at Babson College. In her role she is responsible for defining and leading workforce programs, and partners with leadership to create and implement programs aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities. She develops and directs activities designed to meet the organizational needs of the college constituency including talent acquisition, comprehensive total rewards and recognition strategy, training and development, benefits administration, other activities.
Prior to joining Babson College Donna was the head of corporate Human Resources and also the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for Cambridge Health Alliance, an award winning integrated healthcare system of multiple hospitals, an insurance company, and physicians group. In this role Donna was responsible for the direction of talent acquisition, total rewards, compensation, diversity, equity, and inclusion, benefits administration, workforce development, and the creation and management of an internal temporary staffing agency.
During the past thirty years as a senior HR Leader, she has gained expertise in all aspects of workforce management. As a recognized HR and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leader, Donna has been a keynote speaker and presenter at many national conferences in New York, Chicago, and Austin. She is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Boston Club, Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, a member of the Commonwealth’s CORE Board, and on the Advisory Board of the Wiley Group.

Michelle Fatsi is responsible for the National & Major segment of customers for Blue
Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, including retention sales and health engagement strategy. Michelle joined Blue Cross in 2018 as a senior client director to lead the Hospital and Higher Education verticals. Prior to Blue Cross, Michelle led large group retention and new business sales in Massachusetts for Key and Municipal customers at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. She also worked as a managing consultant at Strategic Benefit Advisors providing health and welfare consulting. Michelle’s career has focused extensively on large employers and designing comprehensive health care benefit strategies to achieve diverse health and wellbeing objectives.
Michelle earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is also an Executive Leadership Program Fellow of America’s Health Insurance Plans. Michelle newly serves on the Program Committee for the New England Employee Benefits Council and enjoys opportunities to educate on industry topics.
