Learn more about Chamber Fellows, the program formerly known as the Executive Leadership Institute.
The Greater Boston Chamber Fellowship for Advanced Leaders is a six-month leadership program for senior-level professionals with 15+ years of management experience. Formerly known as the Executive Leadership Institute, Chamber Fellows explore the topic of leadership through a deep dive into a civic issue facing the business community. Working with our academic partner, MIT Sloan School of Management, and an experiential partner deeply connected to the issue of study, Fellows will engage in a leadership curriculum and complete a capstone project at the program’s end that offers reflection and recommendations. This year, the Fellows will visit and work on their capstone project with the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority.
Who should watch: Employees of member companies who are interested in learning more about the program; content is suitable for both potential participants and HR. Non-members who are interested in joining are welcome to tune in.
