Build your fluency in diversity, equity, and inclusion as a business leader. During our strategy session, you’ll understand DEI from an organizational point of view.

The fall session of the Transformational DEI Certificate has sold out! Early 2021 dates will be announced soon. To get first dibs on slots that open for the fall or early access to register for 2021, please join our waitlist on the registration page for the first fall session.

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and Diversity@Workplace Consulting Group are proud to announce a new partnership that will benefit professionals looking for more fluency and training in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as well as actionable tools and techniques to bring back to their workplaces in an exciting new certificate program.

Overview of the Transformational DEI Certificate

Fluency and training in diversity, equity, and inclusion is critical for business success in our increasingly complex and networked worlds, and the urgency has never been more clear.  Offered in partnership with Diversity@Workplace Consulting Group, participants at any level of their organization will be equipped with actionable tools and techniques to bring back to their workplaces.

The certificate program will include three modules each split into 2 two-hour sessions for a total of six sessions. Each module will build in complexity, starting with foundational understanding, building to DEI strategy for businesses, and concluding with training on the nuanced aspects of DEI including unconscious bias and microaggressions. We encourage more than one person per organization to participate to help increase organizational comfort with and adoption of learnings. Modules can be taken separately, however, to earn a digital certificate, one must complete all three modules (a total of six sessions).

Note: There is a cap of three participants per company per cohort. This allows more organizations to access this opportunity and ensures all participants can fully participate and be candid.

About Module 2: DEI Strategy

  • Part 1 – Tuesday, October 27, 2020, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
  • Part 2 – Friday, October 30, 2020, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

This workshop takes DEI thinking to the next level. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding around DEI strategy.  In this module, we will discuss the reasons organizations work on DEI, why DEI doesn’t just happen organically, the actions organizations can take that are proven to advance DEI, and how to measure the progress. This session is ideal for someone with foundational understanding of DEI, as well as anyone with strategic responsibilities within their organization.

Earn the FULL Transformational DEI Certificate!

If you are interested in full certification, please select the certificate option at checkout. We will automatically register you for this module and the ones below.
