Leadership Development Track

Decades of research conducted by academic institutions – and more recently by Google’s Project Aristotle – have confirmed that psychological safety is the single most crucial factor teams need to excel. However, psychological safety as a management skill remains notably absent from MBA and other leadership curricula. In this session, you will have the opportunity to hear from subject matter experts and practitioners about what psychological safety is, why it matters, and how you can incorporate it into your team and organizational culture.

Leadership Development Track

In today’s digital world, the road to success has changed dramatically for organizations and their leaders.  As a result, traditional models of good leadership are becoming increasingly outdated. The “Control, Consistency, and Closure”  model doesn’t work in today’s competitive landscape and, in fact, can derail a career. Learn what the future-ready leader needs to know in order to succeed. Join us for an interactive discussion about how to embrace Korn Ferry’s ADAPT model that illustrates how to be a leader who can Anticipate, Drive, Accelerate, Partner in untraditional ways and build Trust with employees and peers.
