Industry leaders continue to navigate through the impacts of COVID-19, but conversations are shifting as we all look ahead and wonder what the new normal will be like. This discussion will give examples of how companies plan to maintain, re-skill, or rebuild their workforces, how HR policies are changing and responding to the new environment, how organizations are maintaining and prioritizing diversity goals, and more.
This program is part of the Chamber’s “Future of Boston” series, where we hear from regional leaders as they shepherd their companies through the pandemic and into the future.
