During the next Executive Forum, David Meeker, M.D., EVP and Head of Sanofi Genzyme, will speak about the outlook for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in the year ahead. He will talk about the evolution of the debate over the cost of medicines, the potential impact of new legislation and changes in Washington, and issues important to the growth of the industry in Massachusetts.
Dr. Meeker was named Head of Sanofi Genzyme in 2011. Prior to the merger with Sanofi, he served as Genzyme’s Chief Operating Officer and in other roles. Before joining Genzyme in 1994, Dr. Meeker was the Director of the Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic.
