We’re kicking off the New Year with tips and takeaways from one of Greater Boston’s rising leaders, TJ Parker, co-founder and CEO of PillPack, a full-service pharmacy that sorts medication by dose and delivers to customers’ doors.
Please note: this program is for young professionals from Greater Boston and who are between the ages of 21 and 39.
We’re kicking off the New Year with tips and takeaways from one of our 2017 Ten Outstanding Young Leaders, TJ Parker, co-founder and CEO of PillPack, a full-service pharmacy that sorts medication by dose and delivers to customers’ doors. During this lunchtime discussion, TJ will share his path to success, leadership lessons and hopes for the future of our city.
TJ is a second generation pharmacist and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He was named one of Forbes’ ’30 Under 30′ in Healthcare in 2015 and one of Inc. Magazine’s Most Dynamic Young CEOs in America in 2016.
TJ says that leadership means creating the conditions for others to succeed. As CEO of PillPack he says he “tries to recruit the best possible people for every role, and to create an environment of trust and support so that they can do their best work.”
