Douglass Williams joins us to tell us about what it takes to not only be a chef, but also an entrepreneur and business owner in the City of Boston..
Douglass Williams, born and raised in New Jersey, was destined for the hospitality industry, as he started cooking at just four years old. Douglas’ interest in wellness was a pipeline to his passion for clean foods and whole produce, and eventually led to his career as a chef at different Michelin-starred restaurants. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, Douglas took the leap and opened up his own restaurant, MIDA, in Boston’s South End.
In our December Lunches on Leadership, Douglass will tell us about what it takes to not only be a chef, but also an entrepreneur and business owner.

Lunches on Leadership are an opportunity for you to get in the room and break bread with some of Boston’s most influential. Roughly 30 of us will gather together to hear a few lessons from someone with a compelling background and an exciting future. More importantly, you’ll get a chance to really get to know these speakers with dedicated time for your Q&A.
