With over 20 years of experience in the financial service industry, Juan Carlos (JC) Morales has a track record of overseeing trillion-dollar asset management deals, securing large-scale acquisitions, and leading global finance teams. Throughout his career, JC has worked at Fortune 500 financial companies, where he has become instrumental in creating transformative initiatives that led to the economic growth and profitability agenda of those firms.
In 2015, JC founded Surfside Capital Advisors LLC (SCA), a Boston-based strategy and financial advisory firm that helps businesses reach their full potential by designing and executing high-conviction growth and turnaround strategies. With a passion for supporting the Latino community, JC co-founded the Boston chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America and The Latino Equity Fund at The Boston Foundation and supports community-based organizations working to advance the socio-economic status of Latinos in Greater Boston.
He also serves as one of Governor Healey’s newly created Latino Empowerment Council members. JC has received numerous awards and recognitions. The Boston Business Journal recently named him to the Power 50: The Movement Makers list in 2023. Yes, Rosa Mexicano is accessible by public transportation. The closest train station to the restaurant is South Station. You can take any silver line bus from South Station to the World Trade Center bus stop and walk for about 3 minutes.
