RanDee Platt is a Senior Vice President and the Head of Customer Experience and Enablement at Santander Bank. She leads enterprise strategies focused on transforming customer experience across branch, contact center, and digital channels, with a strong emphasis on enabling frontline teams and delivering seamless omnichannel journeys that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.

With deep experience navigating large-scale transformation, RanDee has led customer experience efforts through major initiatives including digital platform evolution, brand and service simplification, and the U.S. launch of Openbank. Her work centers on translating customer insights and data into actionable strategies that improve engagement, strengthen brand trust, and deliver more personalized, connected experiences.

Previously, RanDee served as Director of Customer Experience for Union Bank and PurePoint Financial, where she built omnichannel experience strategies and led enterprise feedback programs.     Registration and networking begin at 5:30p.m.

  • Do I need to register in advance?

    We recommend registering in advance to secure your spot! We have a limited number of tickets available for this event due to capacity limits. Plus, BIMA events are some of the Chamber’s most popular.

  • COVID-19 POLICY

    The Department of Health and Human Services lifted the Presidential Declaration of a National Public Health Emergency arising from the COVID-19 pandemic on May 11, 2023. Therefore, COVID-19 will no longer be considered a national health emergency. The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce will continue to monitor trends and act accordingly based on Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidance.

    Your health and safety remain our top priority while attending programs, events, and meetings. COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters are strongly recommended. The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce still follows exposure guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control.
