The program is designed for self‑motivated, high‑performing women at any stage of their career who demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to advancing gender equity in the workplace. We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, industries, and lived experiences. Candidates must have worked at their current companies for a minimum of a year. Participation is only open to Chamber member companies.
While you may nominate yourself, we recommend securing a nomination from a manager or leader who can support your participation. Candidates must have worked at their current company for at least a year.
Participants learn from renowned Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership faculty and explore topics with various leadership consultants and thought leaders. They also gain access to the Chamber’s Women’s Network, collaborate with Peer Mentor Groups, and complete Individual Action Projects.
