Looking Back at 2023, What’s on Deck, & The State of Customer Experience

Thank you for joining BIMA for a panel of brand marketing leaders as they reflected on the digital media trends, tactics, and strategies of 2023. What worked? What missed the mark? Which companies really inspired them this year? After reflecting on 2023, the panel dove into where they would like to push their digital media strategies for 2024, where they will be investing, and what trends they foresee.

The panel also discussed the current state of CX, as enhancing the customer experience has been a major priority on the CMO agenda for over a decade. A rapid proliferation of tools and technologies is supposedly making it easier for marketers to deliver more engaging and rewarding experiences to the users. Or is it?

We hope you enjoyed this insightful discussion with CMOs from multiple industries as they shared the state of customer experience.
