In a moderated discussion with David Ager, Senior Fellow at Harvard Business School, father and son Bertil and Dr. Edward Hult will explore how they use multi-generational leadership to encourage a culture that balances employee empowerment and respect to stimulate growth over the past 53 years and into the future. Their keynote will kick-off a series of workshops focused on leading across generations and the skills necessary to navigate a multi-generational workforce, then conclude with a networking reception.
