Join the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce for a half-day of professional and leadership development on the theme “Leading Across Generations,” where our keynote will spotlight EF Education First, an international education company that ranked number one on Boston Globe’s 2017 Top Places to Work.
In a moderated discussion with David Ager, Senior Fellow at Harvard Business School, father and son Bertil and Dr. Edward Hult will explore how they use multi-generational leadership to encourage a culture that balances employee empowerment and respect to stimulate growth over the past 53 years and into the future. Their keynote will kick-off a series of workshops focused on leading across generations and the skills necessary to navigate a multi-generational workforce, then conclude with a networking reception.
