Our member directory is your resource to discover, connect, and engage with Boston’s businesses from every industry and sector.
Here at the Chamber, our mission is to make Greater Boston the best place for businesses and people to thrive. Our members range from small businesses to multi-national corporations and span across all industries. While many of our members are small businesses themselves, other members actively work to enhance the experiences of small businesses in the Greater Boston community, providing targeted programming to support them in their development. One such member is Interise, who works with small businesses to build their capacity for economic growth and shared prosperity.
Interise’s Streetwise ‘MBA’™ program is built exclusively for second-stage growth companies and the training is specifically designed to stimulate and support the expansion of established small business. The program provides business owners with the knowledge, tools, and networks needed to build capacity and achieve scale. Historically, their alumni have created jobs at 5x the rate of the private sector as a whole, and have secured over $3 billion in government and institutional contracts.
The Streetwise ‘MBA’™ will launch in late-April 2018 and the application is now open, so apply if you are interested!
We also have some great events coming up for our small businesses. This year we’re bringing back our Small Business of the Year Awards – with a twist! We’re introducing four categories: CEO Award, Diverse Small Business, Main Street, and Up & Coming. Both B2B and B2C companies are encouraged to apply. Nominations are being accepted until April 16. Learn more and sign up here before the deadline.
On May 23, we will be hosting an MBE info session for our Pacesetters Initiative, which works to create opportunities at scale for local enterprises of color. More details to come, but be sure to save the date!
We recently supported the first contract under our Pacesetters Initiative, between Pacesetter company Tufts Health Plan and BEI business Done Right Building Services. Learn more here.
