Transforming Workplaces & Championing Inclusivity
The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of the Inclusive Managers Certificate. This new, groundbreaking initiative transforms business leaders into effective managers who lead with inclusivity and equity.
The Chamber recognizes that this is a turning point for the region, as we collectively battle the pandemic and the most recent racial reckoning. Through this certificate, the Chamber is training business leaders to lead us into the future. Championing inclusivity is a business priority and a key element of effective management – leaders must infuse their workplaces and business relationships with a lens of equity and inclusivity, ensuring our region remains the best place to live and do business.
