The most interesting thing that has ever happened to Ben Stuart – according to Ben Stuart – is that one time he was bit by a zebra at a Canadian petting zoo. He’s also an avid hiker, biker and concert attender (more than 30 last year – and yes, that’s almost one every other week). And he’s one of our newest team members at the Chamber, joining our team as the Research and Data Analyst.
Ben comes to the Chamber from the Boston Municipal Research Bureau where he studied topics including policy, pensions, education issues including charter schools, and Boston’s financial well-being, among many other issues. A graduate of Northeastern, he is excited to now be a part of the Chamber where he seeks to expand and deepen his research and analysis skills even further. Over the past month, Ben has enjoyed conducting research for both the Chamber and Chamber members on a variety of topics including government affairs and membership.
His favorite part of being at the Chamber so far? The variety of programs put on by the Chamber including our most recent Government Affairs Forum featuring keynote speaker Congressman Joe Kennedy, and our Ten Outstanding Young Leaders Awards (TOYL). As a millennial himself, Ben appreciates the diversity of the attendees at the events and the Chamber’s strong efforts to encourage diversity and inclusion both at programs and within membership.
We are certainly excited to have him on our team, and can’t wait to share his contributions to the Research and Data Analytics functions of the Chamber.
