The Learning & Development (L&D) Program Coordinator supports a dynamic portfolio of leadership development & talent retention programs, including a mix of long-term cohort programs, virtual certificates, and seminars and workshops created for business employees. This position works closely with the L&D Senior Program Manager to plan and execute internal and external logistics for the entire L&D department. The department runs approximately forty sessions per year.
A key member of the L&D team, the L&D Program Coordinator keeps the engine running and contributes to the success of the department and subsequently the Chamber. This position is best suited for an energetic person who handles multiple projects simultaneously and knows how to prioritize, manages tight deadlines, and maintains a cool and calm demeanor while interacting with high-level professionals in Boston’s business community.
