Be a Part of City to City 2026 in Dallas, TX

Each year, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce brings together an exceptional group of public and private sector leaders for City to City (C2C), an exclusive experience designed to spark new thinking, strengthen relationships, and bring bold ideas back to Greater Boston to continue strengthening the region’s competitive edge.

In 2025, more than 60 business leaders joined us in Philadelphia to explore how another major city is tackling today’s economic and social challenges. Through candid conversations and immersive experiences, participants exchanged insights, built meaningful connections, and returned home energized with new ideas to help move Greater Boston forward.

This November 15 – November 17, City to City returns with a new destination: Dallas, TX! You can expect a highly curated experience that will offer powerful lessons, bold thinking, and fresh inspiration, paired with unparalleled access and connection. If you’re ready to expand your network, sharpen your leadership lens, and positively influence our region, City to City is where it begins. Let’s shape the future of Greater Boston—together.

This trip is invitation only, but we are always looking to grow and diversify our group.

Why Dallas

Dallas gives Boston leaders a close-up look at how a fast-growing region is driving prosperity through business-friendly policies, coordinated economic development, and bold talent strategies. With no state income tax, a lower cost of doing business, and a diverse economy spanning technology, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and logistics, the Dallas–Fort Worth region offers real-time insights into how metros attract companies, scale local businesses, and compete nationally for investment and talent.

A defining strength of Dallas is its employer-led approach to workforce development. From talent attraction campaigns to deep partnerships between business, education, and workforce systems, the region treats talent as core infrastructure. Anchored by Dallas College and complemented by career-connected learning, internships, and employer-driven pathways, Dallas provides Boston leaders the opportunity to explore a faster, more market-responsive talent model – grappling with growth pressures familiar to Boston but using different tools at scale.

City to City Dallas is also about connection. Designed to foster meaningful relationships, the experience brings Boston-area business, civic, and non-profit leaders together for candid conversations, shared learning, and peer exchange. Attendees return home not only with fresh ideas and comparative insights, but with stronger relationships across the Boston business community that extend well beyond the trip.
