Discover and embrace your inner entrepreneur to lead now and into the future
Believe it or not, we are all born with entrepreneurial skills. But many of us have not exercised them and need some reminding. During normal times, we go into the future by either thinking our way into new action or by acting our way into new thinking. During times of crises, we are forced to do both. This helps us to adapt faster and at the same time discover some of our hitherto hidden skills. Join us to hear Dr. Jay Rao, Professor at Babson College, outline the attributes of an entrepreneurial leader and present a framework to identify your skills and style. Then break out into groups to apply that framework to yourself and return for Q&A with Dr. Rao.
