Addiction expert, Michael Botticelli, Executive Director of the Grayken Center for Addiction at Boston Medical Center (BMC), will provide an overview of the epidemic and its impact on Massachusetts, particularly the business community. Lisa Kelly-Croswell, BMC’s Senior VP and Chief Human Resources Officer will walk through tools BMC is currently developing and using to help employers. And Safety Director Shaun Carvalho of Shawmut Design and Construction, will discuss specific steps that his company is taking to help Shawmut employees and their families.
