Designing the Future of Work Together

Artificial intelligence is no longer a distant concept — it is already embedded in our daily lives, from how we work and communicate to how we shop, create, and make decisions. As individuals and businesses increasingly rely on AI tools, Massachusetts has a tremendous opportunity to build on this momentum and translate everyday adoption into broader economic growth.

With world-class universities, a dynamic innovation ecosystem, and strength in technology, life sciences, and advanced industries, the Commonwealth is well-positioned to lead in the AI-driven economy. This session will explore how AI can serve as a powerful catalyst for economic development — not just in high-tech sectors, but across businesses of all sizes and industries.

Designed for business leaders and decision-makers, this discussion will offer practical insights on how companies can harness AI, what investments and policies can accelerate progress, and how Massachusetts can maximize AI’s potential while fostering sustainable economic growth.

Join us for a forward-looking conversation on how AI can shape the future of business and the economy in Massachusetts.

ABOUT THE AI ADVANTAGE SERIES

The ongoing AI revolution is significantly influencing the region’s businesses, workforce, and economy. As the leading voice of the business community, the Chamber is dedicated to ensuring Massachusetts remains at the forefront of AI innovation both nationally and globally, cementing its role in this technological transformation.

The AI Advantage series brings together leaders from across industries and communities to explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence. Through dynamic discussions, the series highlights how advanced technologies are reshaping the business landscape and regional economy. By leveraging its deep relationships and convening power, the Chamber drives meaningful dialogue by engaging the business community in addressing the daily impact of AI on both employers and employees and elevating understanding of AI’s evolving role in our region.

Mansur is responsible for implementing the recommendations and vision for AI in Massachusetts that were laid out in the December report issued by Governor Maura Healey’s 2024 Artificial Intelligence Strategic Task Force.

Mansur has built her career at the intersection of advanced technology and real-world application, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in the development and commercialization of AI and robotics in both the public and private sectors.

Mansur previously held senior roles at Draper Laboratory, Motional, Torc Robotics, and Lockheed Martin.

As head of corporate strategy at Draper Laboratory, Mansur spearheaded enterprise-wide investment and technology roadmap development across the bio, energy, defense, space, and transportation industries.
