What should be on employers minds as we move into the next phase of hybrid work? How can a hybrid workforce remain competitive and successful? Join this discussion and hear from local experts who will share trends, insights, and next steps.
As businesses continue to plot their incremental return towards occupying their physical workspaces, the need for adopting an inclusive, adaptable, and sustainable hybrid work model is imperative. But what constitutes a successful hybrid work model? How does one know which systems and components are right for their business? What new employee benefits should be implemented? How do companies physically evolve workspaces to support this new way of working?
The business community is collectively navigating what the design of a hybrid workforce will look like. This program will provide insight from local leaders to support employers and employees as they prepare to transition into the future of work.
What is the ‘Future of Work’ series? Building on its successful “Future of Boston” series in 2020 and 2021, the Chamber has produced a new “Future of Work” series that is designed to share information and resources with the business community through multiple platforms, including forums, convenings, online discussions, virtual resources, and thought leadership pieces. As business leaders navigate the next normal, this robust series offers expert, timely perspectives that prepare the business community for what’s to come.
The future of our region requires resilient and agile companies that recognize the innovation and empathy required to support our vibrant, diverse workforce and communities, and keep the region and local companies competitive in the global marketplace.
