Following a year-long inclusive process, the Chamber released a strategic plan in 2019 that guided the focus and work of the organization over the past three years. In 2021, we began an effort to update our strategic plan by asking our members what is important to them and what they need from the Chamber. We released an updated plan in 2022 that incorporates those perspectives and recognizes the dramatic changes in our world since 2018.
