“Business for Skilled Worker Immigration” is a broad-based coalition of 50 leading Chambers of Commerce from across the United States working to expand access to top international talent by advancing skilled worker immigration reforms in this Congressional session. 

The Coalition is focused on advancing the following issues, which are currently being debated by Congress as part of broader-based immigration reform legislation:

  1. Increasing the availability of temporary, skilled worker (H-1B) visas;
  2. Increasing the availability of permanent resident visas (green cards) for STEM graduates and workers; and
  3. Creating new startup visas for immigrant entrepreneurs who launch businesses in the U.S. and meet certain employment and financing goals.

All Chambers of Commerce within US metropolitan areas are welcome to join – and make a direct impact in bringing more talent to businesses in cities and states across the country. Participants gain unique opportunities to:
